What is Oriel?
Oriel is the IT system used for the national recruitment to trainee pharmacist foundation year programmes.
NHS England has moved all recruitment of all trainee pharmacists to the national recruitment system Oriel, which requires placements to be submitted over a year in advance of placements starting.
What are the deadlines for Oriel?
(Note: The deadline for submission of foundation training places for 2027/28 has now passed).
